If you are a new vendor or have not participated in the festival in the last 2 years, please go to the "Application For new Vendors" section. New Vendor Applications must be submitted by April 1, 2023. The Olde Canal Days Committee will review and responses will be sent by

WELCOME
APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW
- "New Applications" are received by April 1, 2023 with responses of acceptance by April 15, 2023. Photos may be requested.
- ALL applicatioons and proof of insurance are due with a deposit or payment by May 1, 2023.
- Vendor Spaces are 10' x 10' and available on a first-come-first-serve bases
FESTIVAL RULES
- DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE SET UP TIME expecting to set up before the roads are closed. This is for everyone's safety. Towing will be enforced.
- Vendors are solely responsible for their booths, tables, and seating equipment, and for maintaining a neat and tidy display.
- Vendors must not vacate the festival until after 11:00 PM. This is a courtesy to the public. Those who violate this rule will not be invited to return.
- Only one exhibitor per booth is permitted unless an exemption is granted.
- Merchandise Restrictions: Firearms, guns, rifles, hunting knives, obscene posters, pictures,shirts, no tobacco products, vapor products, cannabis products, or related merchandise, no drug or alcohol or related products. All raffles shall be approved by the Olde Canal Days Committee two weeks in advance of the event. The Olde Canal Days Committee reserves the right to object or remove any retail product, or employee clothing that they deem obscene or offensive that would reflect a negative impression to the general public.
- All booth spaces and material must be removed by Sunday, 9:00A.M.
